I. Caution

 1. Before operating the equipment, users must carefully read this manual and the related operation instructions to fully understand the machine’s performance and procedures.

 2. Always follow the prescribed operating regulations. Non-professional personnel are strictly prohibited from operating the machine to avoid accidents.

II. Warning

 1. This equipment uses a Class 4 laser (high-power laser radiation), which may cause the following hazards:

  Ignition of surrounding flammable materials;

  Generation of toxic or harmful gases and other radiation depending on the processed material;

  Severe injury to the human body if exposed to direct laser radiation.

Therefore, the operating environment must be equipped with fire extinguishing equipment. It is strictly forbidden to place flammable or explosive items around the machine, and proper ventilation must be maintained. Non-professional personnel must not approach the machine.

 2. Laser processing carries risks. Users should carefully evaluate whether the workpiece is suitable for laser operations.

 3. The equipment contains high voltage and other potential hazards. Unauthorized disassembly by non-manufacturer professionals is strictly prohibited.

 4. The machine and all associated equipment must be properly grounded before operation.

 5. During operation, it is strictly forbidden to open any covers of the equipment.

 6. The operator must continuously monitor the equipment during operation. In case of any abnormal situation, immediately cut off all power supplies and take necessary measures.

 7. The fiber laser cutting equipment must not run unattended. Power must be completely shut off before leaving the machine.

Processed materials and emissions must comply with local laws and regulations to avoid safety or environmental issues.

Do not place any irrelevant reflective or diffuse reflective objects inside the machine, to prevent laser reflection from harming the operator or igniting flammable materials.

 1. The operating environment must be dry, clean, free from dust, vibration, and pollutants, and kept away from strong electrical or magnetic interference.

 2. Operating conditions: temperature 5–40°C, humidity 5–85% (non-condensing).

 3. The machine should be installed away from electrical devices sensitive to electromagnetic interference.

 4. The working voltage must meet the specified equipment requirements. It is strictly forbidden to operate the machine if the power supply is unstable or mismatched.
