You know how it goes. A batch ships out, the customer scans the QR code, and it’s smudged. Or the serial number on a thin stainless panel is barely readable because mechanical engraving warped the plate. Inkjet fades. Chemical etching is slow and messy. Xianming Laser’s split fiber laser marking machine is built for these daily headaches. It’s a non-contact process—no pressure on the part—so thin sheets and delicate components stay flat. The 1064nm fiber laser marks directly on the surface without ink or chemicals. That means the mark doesn’t rub off when someone handles the part with greasy fingers.

It handles the usual jobs: VIN codes on automotive shells, logos on electronic hardware, serial numbers on kitchenware, traceability codes on tools. It can also mark some plastics like ABS, Nylon, PES, PVC, and Makrolon.

What matters in production? Consistency and speed. The repeated precision is ±0.003mm. That’s tight enough for small characters and dense QR codes, so every mark lands in the same spot. Marking speed goes up to 7000mm/s under ideal conditions—real speed depends on material and depth, but it’s fast enough for batch work. You won’t be standing around waiting for each part.

The machine comes in different configurations to match your parts, using air cooling and running on 220V or 110V. The control software is EZCAD. No water chiller, no ink, no chemicals. The fiber source is rated around 100,000 hours, though actual life depends on how you run it.

Maintenance is simple: keep the lens clean, check the air path, stay within 15°C–45°C. That’s about it.
