The laser welding head features a dual protective lens design, effectively minimizing damage from spatter and contamination while extending the service life of key optical components. In addition, the protective lens, focusing lens, reflective lens, and collimating lens are all designed with a drawer-type structure, allowing for fast and convenient replacement, reducing downtime, and improving production continuity.
For safety and reliability, the system is equipped with an intelligent temperature monitoring system (infrared sensing). It continuously monitors the lens condition and can trigger laser cutoff and alarm within 20 milliseconds in case of abnormalities, effectively preventing optical damage and ensuring safe operation during high-intensity production.
In terms of welding performance, the dual swing welding head supports 7 standard oscillation modes and 8 energy-storage welding modes. These multiple oscillation patterns provide several advantages:

The system also includes a built-in interface with 30 languages, making it user-friendly for global markets and reducing the learning curve for operators.
