Step 1: Unpacking and Filling the Chiller

Place the machine on a flat and stable surface. Properly connect the water-cooling system. Fill the chiller with purified water, distilled water, or ultra-pure water. Be sure to fill only to the green level indicator — not beyond.

Step 2: Gas Connection

Detach the hose from the pressure-reducing valve and connect it to the high-pressure gas valve.

Important: The gas must be clean and dry (no moisture).

Open the high-pressure gas valve to approximately 0.7 Pa, then adjust the regulator on the machine to 0.5–0.6 Pa, ensuring it does not exceed 0.8 Pa.

Step 3: Power Connection and Startup

Correctly connect the neutral wire, live wire, and ground wire to the power source. Follow this power-on sequence:

Release the emergency stop switch

Turn on the chiller power switch

When the chiller temperature reaches 26–27°C, turn on the laser power switch and unlock the laser protection key

Step 4: Parameter Settings and Test Cleaning

Remove the protective cover from the cleaning head.

Enter the password and select your preferred language.

Select “Air” mode and test if airflow is active by hand or sound.

Choose from 8 swing modes, and adjust the following parameters based on your cleaning needs:Power,Frequency,Pulse width,Air delay.

Aim the cleaning head at the target object and double-press the trigger button to begin cleaning.

Step 5: Shutdown and Maintenance
