It firmly props up long, heavy and irregular pipes to prevent sagging, vibration and deformation, ensuring straight, accurate cuts with outstanding stability for long pipe machining.
Full-stroke pneumatic chucks feature auto centering for simple operation. Equipped with integrated cylinders and side air inlet for quick mounting, clamping and unclamping, they fit all pipe workpieces.
The 4-jaw guided mechanical transmission system delivers excellent straightness, stable clamping and precise self-centering with no manual jaw adjustment required, cutting labor costs while boosting efficiency, stability and durability.
Servo motors stabilise and drive the beam to control the movement of the XYZ axis according to the programmed instructions to complete the cutting operations with complex precision, and the user can adjust the parameters according to their needs.
3-layer protective lenses fully shield collimating & focusing lenses; dual-circuit optical water cooling extends non-stop operation time.
Closed-loop stepper motors prevent step loss: 1mm repeat accuracy, 100mm/s focusing speed. IP65 dustproof patented seamless mirror cover.
We supply fully tested premium laser heads.
Equipped with 3000W–20000W fiber lasers from IPG, RAYCUS, MAX and BWT. These lasers feature high photoelectric conversion efficiency and an optimized 2nd-gen fiber transmission system for stable beam quality and fast response.
They deliver narrow kerf, smooth cutting surfaces and stable, accurate cutting on thick sheets.

Laser machine for metal usually deal with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and alloy. The maximum thickness is different between different models and materials. Please check in the product introduction page.
